Rooms Tomic are situated in a large stone house with five rooms for renting. It is located in the heart of Split historic center, less than a 5 minute walk from the Diocletians Palace.
There are two rooms with two single beds or one double bed in each with private bathrooms and three rooms (one for three and two for two persons) rooms with shared bathrooms. 
Our double rooms can be used as tiwn and vice versa.

The house built in typical Dalmatian style. It is at the foot of Marjan hill with large garden, 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Split’s ACY marina,ferry harbor, and 5-10 walking to the ferry, bus and railway terminals.
In 10 minutes you can reach the pools of hotel “JADRAN” and number of the Split beaches: Zvonćac,Kaštelet , Kašuni .. In about 15 minutes you will come to famous sand beaches called “Bacvice”. Restaurants Konoba Varoš , Fife and super- market are within 2 minute’s walk.
