Having entered this page you probably know a lot about Hvar, which is the pearl of Dalmatia and one of the most beautiful islands in the world. It has healthy and mild climate and also the most number of sunny days in the year. Not polluted. You can feel the smell of Mediterranean bushes, pine trees, lavender fields, crystal blue sea and small but attractive bays. Full of cultural and historical buildings – the theatre is said to be the first communal theatre in Europe.
The house has been built on an attractive part of the town. The average length to reach any place in the town is 20 min slow walk, or 4-5 minutes by car. Supermarkets, exchange office, tennis centre, dive centre, fitness centre, rent a boat, or speed boat, all at your hand.
There’s a big garden behind the house with huge stone table and a big fire place where you can enjoy the evening preparing something yourselves instead of going out.
English, German, Italian, French and Esperanto are spoken in the house.

My family and I spent approx 10 days staying in the Garden Apartments. We found the accommodation good, the position 100% perfect in relation to the Riva and Palace, and Nikola and his family could not have been more helpful and kind to us.
