Our studio apartment «GITA» is located in old part of Split called Matejuska, in authentic dalmatian stone house. We are on the first floor, and on the ground floor of our house, is a little storage of fishing equipment, belonging to a specialized store next to our house.
This part of Riva of Split was dedicated to individual fishermen and their little boats. Some of them could be seen even today in preparing their nets and other equipment, or coming back from successful or les successful fishing. Fishermen also use a little marina, 30 m from our apartment, for berthing and maintaining their small boats.
Apartman is newly renovated and this is its first year in use. It is equipped with refrigerator, cooker, washing machine, dish washer, airconditioner, sat TV, wireless internet 24 hours. It has double bed and sofa that could be a bed for two.

We are situated in the center of Split, and only 30 m to the sea. It is only 3 min walk to Diocletian Palace. First shop for food and other smaller suplies is near 15 m ,tobaconist shop and rent a car10 m, pharmacy and doctor 150 m, nautical marina 700 m, firs beach 800 m, cinema 150 m, theatre 300 m
Split is Mediterranean town and has mild climate. It is also pleasant in a winter, when temperature and many sunny days allow being whole day outdoor, walking or jogging threw pine wood on Marjan hill (5 min from the apartment) with unforgettable view, along the coast (Riva), or visiting many historical places in Split and Solin. Wonderful walking tracks are on mountains Kozjak and Mosor. It is possible to organize excursions to nearest National Parks (Kornati, Paklenica, Krka, Mljet) or rafting on river Cetina (25 km).
