Are the prices listed on the website per person or per cottage & apartment & studio or room?

The prices listed on our website are per cottage &apartment & studio and room , per night and include ; taxes, heating, air conditioning , electricity, hot water, sheets and towels , etc
What is the minimum and maximum stay ?

Normally there is a minimum 2-3 night booking requirement, but If you would like to book an apartment for less than the minimum nights’ stay, please contact us for assistance

How do I book my accommodation?

It’s very easy to make a reservation, in only 3 clicks with our on line system. Contact us if you have any question and we’ll be glad to help you with our http://www.croatiasplitapartments.com Once you find the accommodation that’s right for you, simply click on the “BOOK ONLINE ” button located directly right side the photos on the apartment information page.  You will then be prompted to enter all the details of your reservation, including your contact information.  Once you verify that all the information is correct, click on the “COMPLETE BOOKING “ ” button.  This will take you to the http://www.moneybookers.com/ website, where you can pay the deposit using credit card, debit card, or http://www.moneybookers.com.


Is online payment safe ?

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, in order for the reservation to be valid, you must pay a deposit in advance.  The amount varies by apartment but is typically 10%-15% of the total reservation amount and is non-refundable.



What payment methods can I use to pay the deposit?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and some bank debit cards.  You may also pay via your http://www.moneybookers.com/l account if you have one.

Do I need to have a http://www.moneybookers.com/ account in order to pay the deposit?
No, it is not necessary to have a http://www.moneybookers.com/ account to pay the deposit.  Simply go down to the registration account section and click “Continue”.You will then be prompted to enter your credit or debit card information.

I’ve reserved my apartment online.  Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes.  As soon as payment is made, you will receive an automated “CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION” email from us containing full details of your reservation, including the property address and apartment owner’s contact information.  Please print this email and bring it with you to the apartment.  If you do not receive this email immediately, please check all mail folders such as Spam and Junk as they are sometimes diverted there.

You will also receive an email receipt for your deposit payment from http://www.moneybookers.com, our payment processor. 

How and when do I get the keys to the apartment ?
You do need to indicate your apartment estimated arrival time at the reservation form. If you can not provide us with this information during the booking process, do not forget to contact us prior to your arrival. One of our representatives or owner will meet you at this pre-arranged check in time in the apartment and will give you the keys. We will also provide you with a phone number where you can contact us in case you get lost or you need to inform us of a change in your schedule.


How and when do I pay the remaining balance ?

The remaining balance is payable on arrival at the apartment in CASH .  ( credit card NO accept ! )



What are the check in and check out times ?



- If it is not otherwise specified the earliest hour you can enter the accommodation is after 12:00 o’clock on the arrival day and you are obligated to leave the accommodation by 10-10:30 o’clock in the morning on the departure day. ( PLEASE WRITE YOURS ; ARRIVAL TIME ! )

- Checking out is 10 am and after that you can leave your luggage, which is free. If you arrive on your booking day before 10 am when is checking out for the other quests, rooms aren´t available till 11am and 11 30 am. For example: if you arrive at 7am then you have to wait till 12pm,but you can leave your luggage.

Please request late check out prior to arrival and we will try our best to accommodate to your needs.
PLEASE NOTE ; If are previous day accommodation was available - then guests have been placed immediately.For example: if you arrive at 7am then you have been placed immediately at 7am !

If more guests than are stated on the voucher arrive at the accommodation unit, the host has the right to deny the extra customers accommodation. Therefore, it is crucial to register all the people. It is also necessary to enter all the children even the babies into the booking form.!



Are the apartment cleaning included ?

The rental includes the cleaning just prior to arrival( free ). If you would like additional cleanings every day , we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of 30€ and includes a complete change of towels and sheets. We expect you to leave the apartment tidy without any excessive dirt.

Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment ?

Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments.  Owners will provide fresh sheets and towels and cleaning service once a week (for longer stays).  If you require fresh towels every day, you may ask the owner directly .



Do the apartments have internet access ?

All of ours apartments at adress ; Solurat 22 , Split do have internet access. ( free )

If you are not planning to arrive to Croatia by car and wish to come in Garden Private Accommodation or in “ Other private accommodation in Split “ . Book Additional services - One-time Airport pickup 35€ (private car FIAT PUNTO) or Taxi Service (please contact us !!)

My family and I spent approx 10 days staying in the Garden Apartments. We found the accommodation good, the position 100% perfect in relation to the Riva and Palace, and Nikola and his family could not have been more helpful and kind to us. We thank them all for a very happy stay in Croatia and hope to be back there again... He is truly a good heart. We had a huge, beautifully furnished, fully equipped, modern apartment in a centuries-old stone house, with a balcony, TV, kitchen, luxurious bathroom, the works for an amazingly reasonable price.
